Unforgiven
[ chaotic EQUILIBRIUM ]
Midgar, or New Midgar. Their urban development and fuel industries eventually spark their ownership in New Midgar's electricity and then their own police and military force again, creating jobs and homes with power to thousands of people.
For twenty years ShinRa aids Gaia's restoration of the Planet and establishes peace among the nations. Five years after, Rufus retires and names his successor his son, Alexander ShinRa. A bright young man of thirty; he's well loved by the people of New Midgar, even people of other nations. Although Alexander is adored by the public, he starts to lose favor when people learn that fossil fuels are beginning to run dry. Alexander, in his mind, believes that recreating the Mako Reactors and once again sucking the planet dry of said Mako was the only way to distribute power once more.
Alexander ShinRa, six years after becoming the new successor of ShinRa finds a new source of Mako, one that he has never seen before, seemingly pure. With this new source of pure mako, he could easily power New Midgar for a day without using much of the mako resource at all. However, within the first year of being the successor, he ordered for Mako Reactors to be built in certain mako natural springs, two were built in Wutai (One on the North side, one on the South.). Yuffie, being the leader of Wutai, disagreed with Alexanders decision to place the Mako Reactors in her country. This disagreement broke out into a full on war between ShinRa and Wutai. Due to this, Alexander has reinstated the use of Jenova Cells in the SOLDIER program in order to once more create super soldiers. SOLDIERs, who make it to 1st Class, get an additional experiment involving the infusion of materia into their bodies, creating the new type of SOLDIERs known as NEO-SOLDIERS. The war with Wutai lasted for seven years; Wutai eventually admitting defeat to the ShinRa company. Two 1st Class SOLDIERS who returned from the war were known as Slader and Soul.
A year passed after the war when both Slader and Soul started to think differently due to unmentioned reasons, the two decide to flee SOLDIER and abandoned ShinRa. The two friends were able to hide under ShinRa's radars for a year before resurfacing with a new cause. Together Slader and Soul, with the help of Marlene and Denzel, form AVALANCE once again.

5. No God Modding - controlling another character, being invincible with power, etc.
6. Keep it reasonable when fighting mentioned higher level CPUs, I.e.; a level 25 would have a harder time fighting a level 50 than an equal leveled opponent
7. If you need to leave or just want to quit, please notify myself or Slader ASAP.

Leveling:
The URPG will have a leveling system so that the more active you are the higher the level you become. The levels don't signify rank but more a reflection of the strength of your character and your character's limit breaks and materia.

Limit Breaks:
Limit breaks occur when you are getting close to defeat or have battled enough to unleash a burst of power. If in a fight you don't use a limit you are more prone to be able to use it faster in your next fight. The higher the level the more limits you get. It goes as followed: You start with one limit, Lvl 15 = 2nd, Lvl 25 = 3rd, Lvl 40 = 4th, Lvl 50 = 5th, 6th Limit Break you must find/learn during the story.
The higher the level the easier it is to perform lower leveled limits, and easier to use them, one after the other. Your limits can boost your attributes or cause physical harm to enemies as well as heal team mates. You also can use materia and it's effects during a limit break.

Materia/Fusing with Materia:
Materia - Materia is a more rare object these days to come by, but it's strength is more powerful. You can attach a single materia to your weapon. When the materia is attached to your weapon, you can cast a spell and even apply the materia attribute to your weapon. Materia can be swapped out for a different kind any time you aren't in battle. The strength of the materia is reflected on the level of your character.
Fusing with Materia - This is the strongest way to use your materia. If you fuse with materia you only get one, but it's applied to your body and weapon. Once you've picked that materia you may not have another. The materia fused with you enables you to cast spells related to it's effects and your weapon has it's elemental attacks with it. It grows with you and gets stronger as you level. The higher the level the more devastating and technical your attacks with the materia becomes.

Entering the Story:
The only way to enter the storyline is when there is no mission going on and you have an approved bio. On top of this you have to get the okay for either myself or Slader.
