Sig Please?

If someone with "The Talent" (that is, of sig-making) can help someone lacking in The Talent, that would be great.

All I'm looking for is a sig banner. The main theme should be the character Ness from EarthBound (see my avatar for an example). As far as all of the other stuff goes, I'm not very picky at all. I'm just glad to have someone make something that doesn't look horrible. =P
