Is that taken from somewhere like a tv prog or just some people dubbing over the top in welsh accents?

Very funny nonetheless, but maybe that's just the welsh accent in general!

It's just a guy who does it and posts the videos on Youtube. The Taff Wars ones are the best, Star Wars spoofs. He's done a few Terminator and Rambo ones aswell.
