sephiroth victorous?

does anyone else think that sephiroth should have crushed and destroyed cloud, in all his coolness? I mean come on, sephiroth is WAY more powerful than cloud, and as another member said, he was toying with cloud almost the whole battle. I really don't know how sephiroth lost in the first place. when sephiroth threw cloud through that wall, cloud got mad like a little baby cause he knew he was being toyed with and was not really doing ANY damage to sephiroth, so when he got thrown through the wall he got mad and HE BROKE HIS LIMIT!! then when sephiroth stabbed him, threw him up in the air, octaslashed him to pieces, and slammed him into the ground, sephiroth says a cool line naturally and goes in for the kill. the scene with zack should not have happened. in the time it took for that scene to play, sephiroth could have killed cloud 10 times. then he sudenly BREAKS HIS LIMIT AGAIN somehow, which is NOT POSSIBLE, ends up, unfourtanetly, defeating sephiroth. does anyone else think that this is complete BS?

I think Sephiroth should have won as well, I think it made more sense, I still don't even get how Cloud killed him in the Reactor at Nibleheim, he was only a Grunt and he had no Jenova Cells yet.

I think the only reason he won the battle in Advent Children is because Cloud had Aerith help him, along with a little push from Zack.

Sephiroth was winning until he referenced killing someone dear to him, re-enraging Cloud about letting Aerith die, he led his own demise. But Sephiroth was kicking ass before that time.

All in all Sephiroth should have won logically, But Cloud had to win because if he didn't then FFVII would have ended and good guys always win.
