I joined this forum due to rp section, and am thus confused on how the rps here work.

What/where is the respective universe?

Does it take place anywhere?

Where are all the rps?

How do you start one?

Firstly, don't confuse the RPG (which is the site's game) with the RPs you're looking for.

The RP World is located in "Roleplay Central," which can be found here.

The setting can be whatever you want it to be, whether that's based on a Final Fantasy game, or any game (or book/movie/TV show etc.), or it can be a world you create on your own.

The first step is to create a Sign-Up and Discussion thread. If you are creating an Original RolePlay (one set in a world you create on your own), that thread should go in "The Scrapbook," linked here. The RP itself, once it's ready to begin, would go in "Worlds of Our Own," linked here.

If you are basing your RP's universe off a previous game or other work, the sign-up thread would go in "The Secondhand Stories," linked here, and the RP would go in "The Rewritten Stories," linked here.
