I was thinking it may be a good idea to maybe set up some sort of Q&A or "Mentoring" thread for RP'ers of all talent. Whether you've been at it for a good while and maybe looking for that little bit extra help to improve, or are completely new to this and in need of guidance. 
I know there are several rules, guidelines and a roleplaying tips thread here, but I think it would be good to provide some more "hands on" help, where anyone can ask any related questions for others to answer. It could be down to things like bio critique, writing critique... finding help in putting ideas to use... basically anything RP related, you can ask.
Of course, these questions are up for anyone to answer, so it won't just be down to forum staff and the like. If anyone asks a question you feel you can provide a helpful answer to, then go ahead and answer it. I think it will be a good way to welcome fresh RP'ers into the fold and help establish a more friendly environment for those who feel abit intimidated coming into an RP forum with little/no experience.
