Ok I just went to the Baaj Temple and in that room with the statues. All the statues activated except for one. So I went through my items list and I found all the Cloister of Trials items except the Rod of Wisdom. Someone told me I can buy the Rod of Wisdom in at Kilika. So I went to Kilika and noone will sell me anything. I went to Besaid Temple where the Rod of Wisdom is supposed to be but a guy in front of the door is telling me theirs warriors inside and I am not allowed to enter...

... What else can I do?!
 
It doesn't matter if you buy it. To activate each statue, you must solve each puzzle in teh cloister of trials. When this is done, you will see a symbol above the chest, the corresponding symbol to its statue. The only way to activate this last statue is to go to Besaid, solve the trials and then active it.

Beware, if you are playing the European version of FFX, then look out for
The Dark Aeon, Valefor. He will stop you at the gates, so be prepared.

All the statues glowed except for one. And I don't have the Rod of Wisdom. But why when I go to the first cloitser of trails, Besaid Temple, this guy won't let me enter. I thought you cna go back to the cloister of trails.
 
At this point.. I just got the ship. So I believe I already vistied master Mika... oh wait... on the sip I think the team we're tlaking about going to Master Mika for an idea on how to beat Sin?! Alright I will go their then go back to the Cloister of Trails to see If they will let me in. Thanks!
