I could use to have a good, larger pic of Crimson Wolf (my RP character) than what I am about to display:
Specific appearance details (from the character's RP Bio): His height is 6'0, weight is 210 pounds. Crimson Wolf stands upright, so he looks every bit of that six feet tall, and has quite a muscular body, though it isn't too noticeable for all the fur.
Overall appearance is almost completely like that of a Wolf, only visible human-like feature is not actually his physical body, but his stance, it is more like the average human's upright standing position, and doesn't just usually walk/run on two legs, but always.
His eye color is light brown, fur is medium in length, and primarily black in color, but the fur across the left side of his face is red, and also at the tip of his tail.
He wears a long, sleek black and silver leather coat, open, with a sleeveless jacket underneath, that is red at the bottom, the rest of it being mostly black, with a minimal amount of silver at the top, middle, and near the red strip at the bottom.
Also wears a pair of sweat pants that are all black, and fit him loosely, so he uses a brown belt with a silver belt buckle to keep it held up well.
He never wears shoes though, partly due to the problem of not being able to acquire any that will fit, though he never really looked much, because it is also his preference, feeling more free without any to be trying to walk awkwardly in with his Werewolf feet/paws.
If it helps any, I could post it's Personality from the RP Bio too. As for size, whatever works well for what look you're going for (I want the style to be like in that small image, not cartoony or something, and the character not looking vicious, but cool would be ideal, I describe his personality, in short, as being comparable to Auron's from Final Fantasy X).
Though I'm not really giving a specific size limit, just not really large, like screen stretcher huge.
