Removing dogs that bark too much

Tbh, if it goes on day and night and the owners don't do anything about it, then they should remove the dog, only in the case where the dog is barking like day and night though. It would have to be pretty extreme to take somebodies pet away

Can't their woof boxes be removed? Im sure they can. But yeah, dogs barkig all the time is so annoying. There is a deaf woman who lives next door to my exes mum and her mutt barked day and night, carried on even after people stuck notes through the door to tell her how irritataing it was. Not sure how that one worked out in tne end

So yeah, I can see why people would want some dogs removed.

As someone who fights urges to strangle yapping dogs each and every day (six dogs in this house), I can't say I'd have much of a problem if someone came by and just...took 'em away. But that's just me. I'd guess that most people would have a serious problem with having their pets taken from them.

I doubt that plan will ever be set into motion. Dogs bark. Sometimes they bark a lot. Get over it or move to some isolated location. Or invest in some earplugs.

There's gotta be more pressing matters those guys can address than barking dogs.
 
I really weird issue...

I think this can never work because what dog doesn't bark? It's like telling a person not to speak. It's a thing that can't be easily controlled. People will get pissed a lot by this I think. Next thing you know they're going to start 'muting' (made it up) dogs, cutting their vocal chords...
As for dogs being neglected there already are institutions for that so, ...
 
The only reason the dog should be removed is for it's own health and safety, if the owner can't get their dog to be quiet for 99.9% of the day then it shows that they have no control over it. It isn't the dogs fault, they don't bark for no reason at all, there is always something that sets them off, and if it goes on all day and night then it isn't being cared for properly. My dogs only ever bark if someone comes to the door, which is natural plus the fact three of them are puppies anyway. >.>
 
I bet they howl when your out aswell (I may be wrong, but you'd not know because your not there!!! lol). Our next door neighbours do and its annoying especially as they go out every friday night!!!
