Quina's finest.

Hahaha yeah that part is awesome, they all pair up and at the end Zidane just looks at Quina and drops his head, then Quina goes something like 'I never been so happy'

I loved Quina as a plot line character and as a fighter. I remember after leaving Lindblum the first time that is the first thing that I do. I run over to Qu's Marsh and get my unknown gender frog eating ass kicking friend. I also learn a few blue magics around the area, and attempt to catch all the frogs.

Quina's conversations are some of the funniest, especially when he/she just goes completely off the wall and says something outrageous.
 
Zidane: Let's get going.

Quina: Ah, Zidane. You want go with me?

Zidane: Well... I sort of got stuck with the leftovers. (How mean :O)

Quina: You no have to explain! I so happy.

Zidane: Huh?

Quina: There old saying is my tribe... Leftovers good!

Zidane: Lets hope we find good things in this cave...

Quina: Is probably full of good food!

EDIT: Before the boss fight:

Earth Guardian: Kuja told us there would be eight rats.

Zidane: Sorry, it's just the two of us, did you have a meal prepared or something?

Quina: You no worry! We eat everything.

I would love to think s/he is all soft and cuddly, but s/he DOES live in a swamp, and with that massive tougne i would imagine him/her to be all slimy and weird.

The eyes is the main thing I was thinking about. Well and the tongue. S/he does look cuddly though. >w<
 
I'd have Quina hook it up for Thanksgiving.

Quina- dry bark of an evergreen tree
Quinine- alkaloid powder extracted from quina for the treatment of malaria

Every character in FF9 has a meaning to their name. Except maybe his/hers
