Can anybody tell me where i can find it?

I need a no encounters weapon to help get Rikku and Lulu's sigils.

Any help is greatly appreciated.. Lol

i think you can steal it from abadons, fallen monks, hornets and warrior monks in the monster area!

If you want something with the no encounters ability, defeat Geosgaeno, he often drops a weapon with the ability.
