Recently the PS3's digital store is seeming to be closing down soon. When on the PS Store, you can't even purchase products anyone - At least on the European store. However, I have found a little way to by-pass this with certain games DLC. You can't pay with your Credit/Debit Card but you can purchase PSN vouchers online and apply them still. I'm not sure if this will be available after the PS Store goes down fully so you might want to take advantage of this while you can. I made a video toot' to show how you can do this step-by-step in-case anyone's interested
