Problems with Episode Prompto for Season Pass holders?

Has anyone else been able to download Episode Prompto for free through the PSN Season Pass? The Playstation store wants to charge me for it -- is that a known issue, or is it just some sort of issue on my end? Any comment will be appreciated.

All the people I know who've bought the season pass on PS4 have been able to download it. If you haven't, you might try going through the game's downloadable content screen.
