Physicals

I have to have a physical every year, because I need to be responsible or something. I really dislike them. I hate getting naked in front of strangers (go figure). My last one wasn't too bad. My doctor is really nice, but she tends to treat me like I've five years old and have no idea what's going on.

Haha, my mom told me something similar a ways back.

Like...once you have a half dozen strangers swarm around your exposed body and start poking away at you during the birthing process, you learn to not give a shit who sees you naked in the future.

yeah, that's totally true! I don't mind about those exeminations anymore. Bt when I was younger i was very shy about it. Now, as a mom...I don't care!

I don't think I've head to strip down and put on a gown for a regular exam; I did before when I went to the hospital, but not for a check-up; I got a surprise allergic reaction and I was rushed to the hospital.

Haven't seen the doctor for a while now actually...

I go every month, and it doesn't bother me at all anymore. I go to the same lady and she does it every day, so for her it is just a job. She treats and talks to me like a friend, so it makes it more tolerable. Plus I like to be healthy, and I'm willing to surpass the few minutes of being uncomfortable a month to find out if I'm healthy.
