Occult Fan I location in PC version?

Was anyone able to find the Occult Fan I in the Balamb Garden library bookcases in the PC version? I found it in PSX a few years ago, but in PC, it's just *not* there, as far as I can tell. I checked all of 'em for at least a half hour (I was purposely wasting time, ok?)

Um. Positive. I ended up having to use the Griever editor to add it to my inventory after too much time trying to find it. :/

I thought it was supposed to be in the 2nd bookcase in the middle, the only one you can really see. Between the guy and the girl who are both looking in the bookcase, or something. Either way, I looked all over ALL the bookcases, and it's just *not* there.

I found it in the bookcase on the PC version. I remember specifically because it made me jump.
