Nihopalaoa

I'm a huge final fantasy fan but for some reason i tend to just play the game without using walkthroughs and FAQs. For this reason i missed the part about getting the Nihopaloa. Now i'm trying to defeat the White Mouse and i try to put him to sleep by just casting at him but all my characters are KO before the sleep spell catches. If anyone knows how i can get the Nihopaloa or where on the net has instructions for it, i would really appreciate it.

You get it from the Clan merchant in Rabanastra. I believe you need the Rank of at least Brave Companion.
