Right, I got an Easycap to record my PS3 endeavors, all installed fine, no picture or sound issues with it.
The problem being, when I'm capturing, I can't use full screen, because it gets all laggy, and the normal sized preview screen is a bit small so things are hard to see while you are playing.
So, I got an idea, and dug out my SCART adapter, which connects composite aswell as S-Video. Plugged the composite from the PS3 into the scart, then plugged the s-video into the easy cap device, and the other end in the scart. So I could play on my TV without worrying about the lag, and record on the PC at the same time.
There I encoutered another problem, the S-Video is coming up as black and white, no colour.
So, is this because the composite is also plugged into the scart, or is this just the S-Video being a pain? If so, how would I go about getting the thing to show in colour?
