1. can i enflect more than 99999 damage and how?
2. how can i unlock the monsters in species conquest in monster arena

Do you mean 9999 damage lol? To get the aeons to break the 9999 damage:
Valefor - activate Yuna's ultimate weapon Nirvana.
Yojimbo - Auron's Masamune.
Shiva - Lulu's Onion Knight.
Ixion - Kimahri's Spirit Lance.
Ifrit - Wakka's World Champion.
I'm not sure about the others. Anima and Bahamut's power increases as you level anyway.

The characters will be able to go over the 9999 limit once you have their ultimate weapons fully, like with the Sun Crest thingys lol.
