Nami's Sig and Avi

I've originally tried to make my own set. This is how it turned out:

Since I don't have the funds to buy Adobe Photoshop, I don't have very many easy tutorials available to me (I use Paint.NET).

I would like to use the same images in my new avatar and sig, but I would like it to be on a whole new level: better than the sig and avi I myself have already attempted.

- Size: no set size
- Colors: Preferably blues, translucent colors, water effects
- Text: Perhaps my username or The Chaotic Bureaucrat or both. Text isn't necessary.
- Animation/Transparency: Yes
- Anything else: Creative license is highly encouraged.

I would greatly appreciate if someone can accommodate my request.

Thank you. However, I'm not looking for a new image editor program. I am looking for someone already adept at making signatures and avatars to make a new signature and avatar for me. This is a request thread.

Yeah, I was just letting you know about that program. I'll try this, but i'm not making any promises because I am busy with school.
