So I just wanted to put my top 10 favorite FF games on here and give a brief explanation why I have it where it is. Now this is my own personal list and it won't reflect what everyone thinks so there will be people upset over it.

10.) Final Fantasy XIII- Although I honestly do not like this game I cannot argue the fact that the game itself is very visually appealing and I love the characters in the game. If you are an old school Final Fantasy fan then like me, you think there are some problems with it. Mostly the lack of adventuring and it not being turn-based.

9.) Final Fantasy VIII- Now i know a lot of people are going to have a problem with this, but like I said I have my own personal opinions on the matter. For me I didn't really like the whole storyline and to me the only character I thought was memorable was Squall. I'm just not sold that there was a huge problem to be solved like meteor or sin destroying everything.

8.) Final Fantasy V- In this game i really did like all of the characters and they were all really unique. The job system in this game was really cool and gave you so many options to use in different scenerios in the game. This game also brings something that is Final fantasy which is the crystals in the game. Some problems for me though was that the game was a little easier then most of the others on this list.

7.) Final Fantasy XII- This was the last Final Fantasy game for the PS2 and they stepped it up graphically wise. Although the game did get away from the turn-based battle system it did do a much better job then XIII with how much you could adventure and explore. My problem with the game though was the voice acting and to me everyone sounded like they had a sinus problem.

6.) Final Fantasy IV- This game has probably the most chacracters that are in people's top 10 favorite characters. This game was os fun and each character had their own unique look to them and that was so cool for a game from the 8-bit era. For me the only complaint i have with it is that it didnt have any voice acting, but then again only 3 of the games on here have voice acting so that isn't really a solid complaint.

5.) Final Fantasy I- Now some people may argue that IV shouldbe here instead, but the fact of the matter is this is THE game to start it all. This game had crystals and job classes and really started the whole RPG turn-based genre. Obviously this game does lack story like ones that are ahead of it or even below it, but since this was the game that pioneered all the others i have to give it some kind of an edge.

4.) Final Fantasy X- In my opinion this is the last TRUE Final Fantasy game there was and it was truly an awesome game to play. Every character in this game was awesome and each was so unique. I loved the fact that each character had their own set of skills and they did best against certain enemies which forced you to gameplan for every fight. I also loved the fact i could change my characters out even during battle. This game also had, in my opinion, the most awesome villian in Seymour. Some problems for me though was that Tidus was always so whiny and complained, though at the end of the game he was a true leader. Also I will admit doing some of the minigames to get the sigils and crests were nearly impossible. Also the fact it was impossible to lose to the final boss was kind of sad.

3.) Final Fantasy VI- Honestly if it wasn't for VII this game would be in its place. This game was so amazing and the story was so well done for a none PS game. I loved the fact i could have a moogle on my team and it was just so sweet with every character. Also Celes' suicide attempt was such a shocking thing to see in the game, almost as shocking as Aerith's death. This whole game was awesome to play and i would recommend it to anyone even if they aren't an RPG fan.

2.) Final Fantasy VII- WHAT!!!?? I know this isn't number 1, but like I said this was my own personal list and i know others will feel differently. This game was so awesome from the story to the characters to the gameplay. Everything about it was fresh and smooth. Playing the game i knew Aerith was going to die and I even knew when, but that still saddened me when she was killed and was so shocking. My only problem with the game was the materia system, i honestly was not a fan of it. I will give it credit though it was very original and made sense and was easy to work with.

1.) Final Fantasy IX- My all time favorite Final Fantasy game hands down. I loved everything about it. The story brought a hint of the crystals back yet had its very own story. Vivi has to be the most adorable charcter that is acomplete badass. Zidane was such an awesome main protagonist even if his intentions weren't always pure (he was all about the ladies). Some people are gonna have a problem with Kuja becoming kind of a sad moment when he died or even Quina since he/she was such an annoying person. Honestly though I loved the fact that Kuja was sort of a happy when he died and felt sorry for causing somany problems. Although we should be blaming Garland for it all since he wanted to destroy all of them.

I understand many people will be upset with these rankings, but this was my ranking. This in no way reflects everyone's feeling towards these games. Though i do encourage all of you to tell me why I might be wrong i will not accept someone just complete bashing me or anyone else that may commnet on this. Also if you feel like it tell me what your top 10 is or even top 5 or top 3....it will be cool to see how everyone differs.
