creepy, um th edouble vision is used bad here, very bad! the text on her face is alright. and i like the reflection of the text, i just can't get obver the double vision. 6/10.

It's not double vision, if you looked you'd notice its an overlayed layer (using overlay funny enough) moved slightly... And the text isn't reflected.

And about the red, it's supposed to be bright, theres nothing worse than a dull signiature.

I don't think the sigs to red... I think it works well. Iv'e seen worse sigs like mine lol..

I like what you've done with it, but I feel it is slightly too contrasted/bright. The text could be better too, it's a bit too big and bold. It just needs toning down slightly and then it'll look much better. Also, there is an empty space to the right of the stock, perhaps a quote would fit nicely in there.
