Chocobo Breeder
Okay, I know this is mainly because Japanese always get the game first so they program the lips to match the Japanese script and not the English one. Do you think they will ever find a way to fix this or make this less of an issue. It's not that big of a deal. But it'd be nicer if they wouldn't keep moving their lips after they're done speaking.
It's not the Japanese language as much as the general style of Japanese voice-overs. Overly gruff male voices, squeaky female voices, and all those "woah"'s, "uh"'s, and grunts that the Japanese seem to be so fond of in their games and cartoons.
