Most Original-Stragety RPGs

So far I've yet to find a game that masters FFTs customization and unique ideas. Disgaea,IMO, has come very close,though. So just vote which game you think is more original, if neither I have a "Neither" option.
Note-I know this is a Final Fantasy Forum, but do be honest with your answer, don't just say FFT becauses its fun.

i say neither.they both seem to employ the same tactical devices in their gameplay.Disgaea might have a more unique story,but barely.FFT is unique in its own way but it is too close to chose

Final Fantasy Tactics. For the one simple reason that the different Charge Time of each unit adds a whole other aspect to the game which the Disgaea franchise is severely missing. It makes sense that a Ninja gets to move before a knight, and that's always been my biggest gripe with Disgaea. The FFT storyline is also a lot better in my opinion.
