Mits, even while not on staff I've spoken with her and worked alongside her in a lot of big things such as the pre-defined avatars, game review section etc so I know how much she puts into the site, especially when Bei was inactive and she had to do a lot on her own, even though she didn't have a lot of experience as an admin. So she stands out to me.
Taking an hour out of her day to update the each of the 360 and PS3 stuff makes this Mitsuki's award hands down.
