Just needed some help getting through the mognet sidequest. I've looked at the online walkthroughs but they didn't help.

i'm on disc 4 and i'm trying to deliver the letter from kumool to mois and the guides say that he is in 'Qu's Marsh / the entrance of fossil roo'. i cannot enter fossil roo since it has been blocked off and i do have Quina with me...

What am i missing?

He should just be hanging around the entrance. He came from the ice cavern, and as long as you have Quina in your party you shouldn't have a problem. Just try looking around the entrance area.

Yes, you should find Mois at the entrance to Fossill Roo in the Qu's Marsh on the Mist Continent (so long as you have Quina with you) - as said, try looking around Qu's Marsh and you should find the entrance near Qu's hut.
