What do you think of this test?

This is the INFP ESTJ INFP thing

I personally get very annoyed with it. Too many times it feels like my answer depends on the situation or how I feel when I wake up. Also I always find my self 50/50 split between T and F.

We had to do this yesterday at a marriage class. And we had a list to describe each personality, and a woman who was verbally explaining. Her verbal explanation was drastically different from what was described on the paper.

I think the thing with these tests is that you have to keep the same perspective all throughout, and it has to be a solid and honest view of your own general behaviour in the past. It's tempting to choose what you feel at the present, but it's inaccurate to do so.

DragonByte Tech did a good job explaining all the possible flaws, so you can see that it's never going to hit you spot on.

However, if done correctly and patiently, I think this particular test can be extremely useful in putting your own brain out in front of you- having yourself explained to you, it's reassuring and almost therapeutic.

For the record, I found my result to be pretty accurate. Not perfect, but I give it a pass.
I got ISTP (Dominant Introverted Thinking). It mentioned an ability to explain politics and technology in detail, neither of which I care for, but this sentence I felt fit me to a T:
"They are rigorous with their thoughts and analysis, choosing the exact words that convey precisely what is meant. They may spend a lot of time defining words, concepts and systems in order to define a problematic solution."
