FFX-2 Locals reaction to new Yuna

I wonder how they felt. They all seem happy for her with ehr new life. But still, it must have been a shock for them to see this new transformation.

I myself would have been in shock, but happy she wants to do this with her life. She had served Spira all her life and it was about time she followed her dream and go find Tidus.

How would have you reacted to the new Yuna??

It seems to me that after spending most of her life bound by duty she trying her hardest to adapt to her new freedom. As for in game it seems to me that nearly everyone is still adapting to the new changes over Spira and everyone seems to understand that.

I would've thought she should've stuck to her summoner position, and I would think she was being an attention-seeker by being flighty all about the place.

But that's just because Spira is full of old geezers

She doesn't really seem to be a "new" Yuna. She always seemed the same but just dressed to show more skin and be more sexually attractive. When she talks she tries to belt our her words but she still seems to be the same timid girl, unsure what to do but trying to reinforce/convince herself what she SHOULD do. The broken way she speaks gave me that impression.

In theory, it's been 2 years since the end of FFX, so perhaps people were able to see the gradual change between the old Yuna and the new one and just didn't really notice that much. Although I loathe the over-all change of Yuna compared to the old, I doubt she became what she was RIGHT after FFX ended

She never really changed, but she is finally allowed to be the girl she really is, which she was not in the past due to her dedication to eliminating Sin. Now there's nothing holding her back.

I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised by her transformation. Here you have a girl who followed Yevon and had a passive style for what I assume was most of her life, what do you think such a person is gonna wear when she is finally given freedom to breathe?
