Lhusu Mines-lvling problem

Okay so this is my first FF game in a while (completed X ages ago and didnt play in a real while). My main problem is that members of my party are 10 or 11 lv. How do I get more in a short matter of time?
Edit: currently in Lhusu mines, really want more weapons for Vaan.

there is a bridge where a bunch of skeleton type enemies come in packs of 10-15. They give good exp and with there being so many you'll gain LP too. With your LP try to learn the augments first. Also if you have time, it wouldn't hurt to learn the three quickenings for all your characters also. Doing that will mean you can have three times the MP you most likely have now.
