How can I get more? I'm in the calm lands and I only have 1! What is the best way for me to acquire more of them?

I do believe you can acquire them more easily further on in the game, usually from defeating monsters that become available from monster creations at the Arena in the Calm Lands.

As Lara there said, you'll stumble upon more as you progress a little further. But seeing as you're in the Calm Lands now, you can actually get some now. If you have plenty of gil, you can Bribe Chimera Brain's for them. I believe its 96,000 gil and you'll get either 1 or 2 Level 4 Key Spheres for each of them.

I suggest not to try and get more until you are up to the point of no return. If this is like my other playthroughs, you probably don't have enough to Bribe, or you can't afford to do so repeatedly. But yes, Bribing Chimera Brains works.
