I'm not convinced that it'll happen, sorry.
I'm sure I read last year that Nomura isn't planning to start KHIII until Versus XIII is finished and probably the three new Kingdom Hearts titles. Plus I know for definite he wants the know-how from Versus XIII before he starts on KHIII which could mean similar battle systems.

All being said, if he does announce something, it won't be very big.
