FFX-2 International + Final Mission Original Soundtrack

Just been listening to this soundtrack (my favourite thing of X-2 - the music) for the first time and it's awesome! Some of the tracks are beautiful and I can't recall them being in the game...someone might want to correct me on that.

Wind Crest is probably my personal favourite. Anyone else heard much of this soundtrack. I think it came out after the OST was released and was praised and such.


 
Yeah. Wind crest is beautiful. Too bad it was only released for the international version. I know how to play the piano version (top video). In fact, it's one of my regularly played pieces =). I especially enjoy playing 1:21-1:48!

Jealous ¬ _ ¬ I play the guitar so I suppose I could learn this on my acoustic....whenever I hear a piece like this I wish I could play piano too. I've got a keyboard lying round somewhere so I suppose I should learn :P but it's like starting from scratch again!

It may be tough at first, but learning new instruments is often worth it, imo. I am starting to learn the violin too. I think I'm really bad at it at the moment, but I hope I can get better soon.

True. It's definitely worth it a few years later when you realise you've got quite good. Piano seems to be one of them lifelong instruments too. As in it can take a lifetime to master all the intricacies like dynamics and stuff.

*makes mental note to pick keyboard up from home*
 
ima be real here, I hated X-2 and the last mission soundtrack. Both only had a couple of songs I liked.

Yeah it's pretty much the strongest piece on the entire soundtrack. Strange with X-2. I didn't like it much at all when I played it, but I always remember the music like Memory of the Lightwaves. So, I find myself thinking on it fondly at times and have to remind myself that it sucks and I only like the soundtrack. Thank god for youtube because I'd hate to have to replay it again -_-

Memories of Lightwaces was the track from X-2(original) that I liked haha. The other track from X-2 that I like is Yuna's Ballad.
