Ok really after you beat
Orphan's first form there were lots of scenes that had me in tears.
Omg girl abuse much?
Ok so Vanille was chosen to destroy Orphan and she is screaming screaming like she is dying and omg that was sad.
After she is terrorized Oerba Yun Fang says she wants to be the one to do it so she goes nuts(Really nuts) and punches all the characters to the ground.
Ok here is what I mean
Fang goes crazy and turns all of em to Cieths except Vanille. This was not meant to happen as Orphan was lieing to them.
Okay as they are all Cieths I found this part really sad, All the cieths hit Fang as she were nothing. She was getting hit in the face, hit to the floor everything. Oh and she so happens to be my favorite character along with Lightning. After that is all done she gets ruined by Orphan like she almost was killed but then turns into Ragnarok and the others regain themselves.

Ok so what I am saying here is that why were the
Girls abused? I had tears in my eyes when I saw this. But of course the ending the short ending was nice.
Fang and Vanille better come back as I loved them alot!

That didn't happen. Orphan projected the image into their minds to force them into despair as
If you become Ragnarok for reasons of anger or despair it is the ultimate destructive power
Which is why Lightning says the whole thing about hope.

As long as they believe that there is hope they can control what they do. Next time, make sure you watch it properly, it will be a lot clearer...
 
That's an interesting idea. I figured that
the other party members just popped back into normal when their hearts filled with happy thoughts. Which was lame, but hey. I think Hope at least mentioned it was like being dead, but not.

Either way, despite Dysley mentioning that anyone could become Ragnarok it seems like Fang was the one chosen to do it all along, since she did it last time. She and Vanille are responsible for the whole mess that Cocoon got into as well as the outsiders of the party, so they get to finish it. Their character arcs go from the destruction of Cocoon to its technical salvation, and it makes their sacrifices that much more meaningful. That's pretty much why.

Those scenes were pretty impressive on the whole.
 
They were the chosen ones perhaps,wasnt there a scene about seeing both girls coming back to life or something? it seems that they came back to life or whatever,to complete the objective at the end.

Yes Lee I did watch the video and I did realise that Fang did not become the
Full Ragnarok. But you did not answer my question. This whole thread is about the abuse of Fang and Vanille really.
So wait Lee you are saying that they never turned into
Cieths?
They managed to regain themselves and came out of nowhere.

They did turn into cieths but their focuses changed at the
last moment so they regained themselves.
Orphan tricked them didnt he?

+ Vanille's head and tricked them, so that one would turn into Ragnarok,
yes, they beat the shit out of Fang, but thats the reason the game has a 16+ rating,
and because of side boob, but still, the game is 16+, that violence isn't so bad, it's not like GTA violence and such.

Theres a reason for game rating.
 
Wikia: During the confrontation with Orphan, Lightning along with Sazh, Hope, and Snow tried to stop Fang from invoking Ragnarok, and the four of them turned into Cie'th. However, Lightning and the others have their Focus changed at the last moment, seeing a vision of smiling people in the future and their happy times as a party much like the initial Focus briefing of Ragnarok at the start, indicating their Focus is this time the happy future of everyone. Focus changed, they revert from their Cie'th forms and are permitted to live on as humans. After Orphan's defeat and the crystallization of Cocoon, Lightning reunites with Serah, and also seems to accept Snow and Serah's relationship.
They did turn into Cieth but regained themselves because they were permitted to live as humans cause of all the nice times they saw.

After the first fight, Orphan revealed Lightning, Snow, Hope, and Sazh as bait made to bring the the intended l'Cie and become Ragnarok. Fang attempts to finish what she started to Vanille's horror as the others turn into Cie'th. However, Orphan survived and decided to force Fang into becoming Ragnarok again to kill it right, repeatedly killing her then reviving her to take in her rage as Vanille refuses to leave Fang behind. However, the others managed to will themselves back to their normal forms and destroy Orphan's shell, forcing the fal'Cie into its true form. After Lighting tells Orphan that they don't share its idealogies, the group destroys it for good.

Btw Vega I dont think you understood what I meant. Why terrorize Fang and Vanille so bad. Ya I know they were the ones who failed their focus but still. It was really abuse if you know what I mean

they abused her like crazy to try get her to defend herself and become Ragnarok

I know :ffs: but thats not what im asking! MY QUESTION IS WHY ABUSE Fang and Vanille! Just forget the fact about becoming Ragnarok for now. Just think with you mind about Fang getting hit down to the floor tortured. Did you feel anything for Fang? Btw she failed to become Ragnarok at first. Yes she needed to be angry but she still failed. Now everyone MY QUESTION IS WHY ABUSE FANG? Like seriously that part just had me close to tears. Yes you can get killed in the game badly but still just picture Fang getting tortured again and no one helping her out

dont worry i certainly did, ii thin its not right to abuse lightning cuz shes meant to be tough girl and her position of that will be an embarassment if she was the one that got tortured, vanille is just too fragile to get tortured,shes too nice,so i guess they chose fang,maybe its because she was inspired to be a boy,thats why.
