I'm Getting a Bass...

i am getting a bass hopefully soon and i would like suggestions of good brands/models that i may want to get.

Ibanez and Fender have good guitars. I never played ay of their basses but I imagine they are pretty good.

Any name brand will do. But if you don't spend 350.00 or better your probably buying junk. The best way to get one is go to the guitar/music store ask the guys working there and then look for someone selling one. ALOT of people pick up guitars then loose the will to play.

lol, yeah, but my dad is buying it for me and he is one of those ppl who wont buy stuff that costs that much off of another person...except cars for some reason....

Get a Fodera if you have a good price range.

If not. A Fender.

I got a Vintage 5 String Bass.
Kicks ass.

Get an Epiphone if you can't afford a Gibson, if not a Fender. I have an Epiphone Thunderbird...Oh yeah

Hah, I might save up for them, there's not many in the world.
I'd love a Victor Wooten signature Fodera.

I reccomend either a Fender or Vintage, as I said earlier.

My bass is an Ibanez, and I'm perfectly satisfied with it. I've always found Ibanez guitars very comfortable and nice to play.
