I thought of something. My mind was a blur. A green blur... And I decided to post all my ideas here, where I don't need that sanity weighing my brain down.
So, I decided I am to be the emperor of an Empire of mind-controlled little people. As countries fall before my mighty armies, I shall rename them and enslave their peoples. Who's with me?
Positions of Power
Basically the top-dogs
Me: General of the Armies, Brain and head of the Empire - I control all slaves with the use of alien technology...
The Senate: Six members whom vote and advise me...
Barons: Are the lords of each country in the empire and take commands directly from me
Campaigners
People whom spread the will of the empire
Enforcers: These people enforce my will in towns and streets - like police
Land Soldiers: Simple - invade countries on land.
Navy soldiers: same as above in the sea
Spies: You have three guesses
Commander: Commander of each squad of land troops
Citizens
People: Just ordinary citizens whom follow the will of – ooh - ME.

Those whom refuse to bend to the will of the empire, after we have stormed their country, are brainwashed into unwitting servitude for 1 year, and then they may choose once more. The alien propaganda is the method by which the enforcers mind control the slave
Servants: They directly serve those in a position of power
Chef: The cook for positions of powers
Builder: Err... builds stuff. What more do you need?
Labour: They create weapons and stuff for us
