where do U get the items that allow any of these stats to surpass 9999? i'm guessing from missions, just don know which ones

Ok, some of these you wont get for ages, but I'kl just list them all out anyway
Genji Glove - Break damage & akes all hits critical - treasure chest in M9-6-4
Genji Armour - Break HP - Once you complete your DMW gallery 100% you get this
Brutal - Brek Damage - You get this from complting M7-4-6 or 9-5-1 or a chest in M9-6-3. You can also steal it from Crazt Sword
Adaman Bangle - Complete M7-3-6 or open chests in M9-2-4 OR m9-5-4, you can steal it from Grandpanzers
Black Cowel - Sets AP to 9999 Complete mission 7-3-1, open chests in 2-5-5 or 9-3-3
Soul of Thamas - Stops expending MP - Open chests i 9-4-4 or 9--6-5. Steal fromhadow Monk
Laurel Crown -Stops expending AP - Complete mission 9-5-4 open chest in 9-6-2
Gold Hairpin Sets MP limit at 9999 - Complete 2-5-6 / 7-3-4, open chests in 9-2-5 / 9-6-4
Only ones you can really aim for anytime soon there are Brutal and Adaman bangle, those 9 missions are pretty hard and you will DEFO need break HP & DMG for those
