I like the way the stocks are positioned in the sig, but they don't look like they're....blended enough into the sig itself. I like how the little circle effect's are around Shadow's hand though, cool detail there.
I think a 2px white border would look a lot better than the 3d-ish one you have there, and I'd watch that blob of white text or whatever that is in the lower left corner. I think it'd look better without that.
Did you want us to critique the userbar too? Cause the only thing that needs to be changed on that, is to lower the opacity on the shine, similar to the way the AC Fan userbar looks.
