In this form, Jake looks like an average 13-year old: Baggy red sweater over a white long-sleeve shirt, with the white collar showing. Ripped jean-shorts extending halfway down the shin. He has white socks and wears black sneakers. The only difference is: he has an Allsie tail (without the fur). It is about 6' long and has a 1' scythe-shaped blade about 2"-3" from the tip.
Dragon Form (is still a base form, as it gives no increase in power. Strength is increased slightly however.)
In this form Jake is covered from head to tail in red scales. His tail has lost the blade and now has a series of spines extending from the tip of the tail to the top of the head. These spines are shaded a dark blue. His hands are replaced with red claws and talons, as are his feet. His clothes disappear and his belly is shaded gold extending from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. His snout elongates to form a dragon nose and mouth. His muscles mass is greatly increased, but his strength is only raised slightly, maybe x1.05 (an increase of 5%). His spines running along the back are approx. 2" tall each and are very hard. His scales, though not impenetrable, are very difficult to pierce. His wings which etend from his upper back are approx. 5' long (accross) and 3' wide (top-bottom). The wing membrane is easy enough to pierce and can be a weak point with this form. Due to this, he usually keeps them wrapped around himself unless he attacks. He stands upright on his hind legs while in this form.

Humans (Jake is 80% human)
Humans have a very war-torn history. Though they have great potential, they are not overly strong. They can not fly, and are therefore limited to the ground.
Humans have great potential, especially technology-wise. Though they do not enjoy pointless wars, they seem to fight them very often. Humans are a totally contradictory race, with little or no unity compared to most others.
Humans evolved from single-celled organisms and have seemed to evolve into semi-intelligent beings. Though they are very much sentient, they are very primitive in technology, especially compared to the Allsies and the Kariyu-shina. Despite this, however, the humans find the resolve to carry on and are bettering themselves more and more everyday. They have even seemed to deduce a code of honour.
Kariyu-shina (Jake is 5% Kariyu-shina)
This is an ancient race and little is known about them. Their power at birth is fairly good, and they are very technologically capable. This seems to be because they stole tech from other races inhabiting their planet, and then races from other planets. They are a somewhat powerful race with as much potential as the humans.
Little is known about Kariyu-shina history, even by the Kariyu-shina. All that is known is this:
About 3000 years before their destruction, the Kariyu-shina warred with races on their planets. They won the wars by way of brute strength and stole all the technology they found, eventually learning and understanding it. Eventually they were able to travel through space and they conquered other planets the same way as before: by brute strength and numbers.
After many years, they began to grow jealous of each other and warred themselves out of existence. Only 5 Kariyu-shina survived the war and made peace. 3 of them traveled to other planets and 2 of them, Kamino Yegata and Sol Kami travelled to Earth. Eventually, these two (since there were only male survivors) married and had offspring with the humans. Then a new era of Kariyu-shina began.

Dragons are a powerful race by nature. They are generally a large species, with gargantuan wings and near-impenetrable scales. They have large talons on both sets of feet and can (usually) breathe fire. They have sharp spines running along their backs that can cut nearly anything in half. A Dragon's only weak point is his wing membrane, as it is soft and thin.
Dragons lived a peaceful life for many millenia upon millenia. As time flew by however, their home became home to a new race: The Allsies. For a number of millenia, the Allsies and the dragons warred, until the first Ledrai Allsie came into existence. This Allsie craved peace and halted the fighting on both sides. Eventually, they lived in peace and prospered together.

After 10 billion years, an evil Allsie, known as Sukani, rose and forced his Ledrai Allsie brother Hera Ledro (the first Ledrai Allsie in over 3 billion years) to destroy Allsieda/Draconia, their home Planet. The sympathetic Dragons followed Hera Ledro through the wormhole created by the imlosion of their planet and arrived on Earth.
Allsies (Jake is 5% Allsie)
Allsies have a lifespan of 20 million years, and can heal from most attacks other than ones that can burn them (This does not apply to Jake). Only attacks that generate heat, such as pure chi attacks and attacks that involve the manipulation of fire or friction can fatally harm an Allsie (this does not apply to Jake). An Allsie's limbs normally grow back immediately unless burned off. Allsies can survive in a vacuum, able to hold thier breath for weeks at a time. Allsies enjoy battles for fun, and do not consent to war easily. They are a peaceful people that fight to train themselves and harness their power.
Allsies were created by an ancient race more than ten billion years ago.
After they were created, their creators put them through monstrous tests. Eventually, they fled, realizing what was happening. They flew accross space for weeks and finally arrived at a planet inhabited by a multitude of species, including the dragons. When they inhabited the planet, the Allsies attempted to take it for their own and started a war with the dominant species: the dragons. After many millenia of war, a peace treaty was signed and the Allsies and Dragons lived in co-existence from then on, that is to say that they found ways to help each other survive. Over time a great friendship was forged between the Allsies and the Dragons. The Allsies taught the Dragons about the art of blacksmith and weapon producing, and the Dragons taught the Allsies how to manipulate the elements to their will.
After 3 billiion years, a Ledrai Allsie, the first in existence rose. 7 billion years later Hera Ledro became a Ledrai Allsie in a full-scale battle with his brother, Sukani. In another 4 million years, Sukani used a form of mind control on his brother, and used Hera Ledro to destroy Allsieda. The planet was destroyed and only the Dragons, Hera Ledro, and his brothers that were off-planet at that time survived. There are now only 10 Allsies left, all male. Hera Ledro directed the Dragons that consented to follow him through a wormhole that was created when his planet was destroyed. They arrived on the planet Earth...
Personality
Reckless and naive. Jake loves to fight (just like his Allsie and Kariyu-shina ancestors) and has a powerful sense of justice. He is humorous very often and enjoys to play pranks. Though just, he is very trusting by nature, though not to the point of foolishness. He loves everyone and everything about nature and will do anything to defend it.
Fighting Style
Prefers to use Tae Kwon Do, though is fluent in Allsie and human martial arts as well (as Hera Ledro is still alive and has been teaching him). He prefers to use pure energy chi attacks, though he is fluent in other elemental abilities as well. Full potential has yet to be unlocked.
He focuses mainly on strength and power, though he is not slow either. His strength is greater than that of Hera Ledro, his Allsie grandfather (who isn't actually that physically strong), though his speed is significantly lower. His power is very potent. It is very strong, and a blast from his hand can easily create a medium-sized crater. One of his beams can (depending on the energy output) demolish a mountain (this would take a fair amount of energy, almost his limits). Do not mix potency and power, as power is the original strength of the blast, while potency is the potential it has as well as the power behind it.
Weapons
Primary Weapon: Soul Shredder
This is a powerful, golden broadsword of which has been used by legendary warriors over countess ages. It can not be broken, for reasons unknown, and is used to channel restless souls into the next world. It is ever sharp and enhances all fire-type abilities. For some reason, it is very light...
The blade is a shimmering gold with a series of stripes down the middle hued into a light, glowing blue. The hilt is silver and has a copper pommel. The sheath that hangs off of Jake's back is colored blue.
Secondary Weapon: Sol Ray (as in Sol, the Sun)
This is a long bow made out of many different materials, mostly made of Yew wood though. It has a frame on the handle made of adamant (diamond). The ends of the bow are also coated with adamant, making it bendable, yet near-indestructable. The arrows are coated with adamantium: a metal made with steel and diamond. They have an adamant arrowhead and feather fletchings. They are fast and light, making it easy to reload.
Magic
Like his grandfather, Hera Ledro, Jake does not use magic, but manipulates the elements to achieve his ends.
Jake's most prominent form of manipulation (being a Dragon) is fire. This is well above average and is seen as fireballs, columns of magma, waves of fire, and many other forms. This, due to his Dragon blood, takes little energy and effort. He can also breathe fire when in Dragon form.
Lightning is Jake's second best form of manipulation. It is slightly above average, and he can form balls of lightning and bolts with little effort, but a fair bit of energy.
Earth is Jake's average and somewhat-good form of manipulation. He forms columns and spires with little difficulty, but with a fair bit of energy

Wind manipulation is fairly weak, and is below average. Though he can perform the act of creating tempests and hurricanes, as well as gusts, he does it with some difficulty and much energy output. Easily below average, though his instructor, Lania Ledro is much more accomplished.
Water manipulation is extremely weak, far below average, and is near impossible for him to produce a tendril of water, let alone an icicle spike. Though he can do it, it takes much energy and much effort.
Jake is extremely adept at performing pure energy attacks. He melds the energies that are emitted by his manipulation and melds them into beams, blasts, balls, and waves of energy. The balls explode, the blasts hiht hard, the beams push the enemy away (while they sustain damage), and the waves cut or repel enemies. He is also able to make a fairly strong, though energy consuming barrier. It takes a fair deal of energy however.

Personal History
Jake was born as a fraternal twin to his brother Boromyo. They seemed to strike out to Hera Ledro, who had been watching his human-Allsie bastardized descendants closely. Eventually, Hera Ledro took to training his grandsons, trying to unlock their power. Eventually, they were very skilled in everything that he and his brothers taught them.
Over the years, Hera, with the consent of Jake and Boromyo's parents, had them go through rigorous training and increased their power exponentially. By the age of 7, Jake was as powerful as Hera, with Boromyo close behind. At this age, he had already become a KKS1, and by the age of 10 he was a KKS2. Even though he and Boromyo were so powerful, their potential was still enormous. There was no way that Hera could unlock their full potential, even if they hit their forties! They were amazingly powerful.
About 10 years after birth, Boromyo felt jealous of the progress Jake was making and rebelled. He was taken in by Hera Ledro's brother Sukani Ledro and was shown true evil. Jake tried to stop this, and was almost killed in the process. Hera Ledro managed to save Jake, and kept him safe while he healed. Eventually, Hera continued to train Jake. Jake swore that he would get his brother back, or die trying...
