Help me on game crash issue

Hey guys
I am having some game crash problem..
it crashes when playing the movie scene during the dance in the SeeD inauguration party..I ve tried with all the combinations of setting from the config editor, but its no good..i installed the geforce patch too....
can you help me here??
I have winXP, geforce 5200 128mb, 1.7GHz pentium 4

I never really understand why people play it on PC. If you are having trouble, just download an emulator and play the game from that.

Oh yeah! I had this same problem! But it was on the cutscene at the end of disc 1, what you probably want to do is get the CD you are using and copy it to a new good condition CD. There is probably a scratch on the disk. That was my problem, and the scratch was just tiny, you could barely notice it. So take good care of your CDs, and If this occours again on the new copy, then MG! I have no idea what your problem is bud!

Disc cleaners are available from most stores(well they are in the uk anyway) and thay could be the answer to stopping your game from crashing. If not, try the PS1 game(if you have a Sony console!
