I always lose to the al bhed and guado glories in blitzball!
All the other teams is easy to defeat except these 2!

Help!I can't defeat the Al bhed psyces and the guado glories!

These teams can be tough especially for newbies. The goalie for the al-bhed, Nimrook, can be the toughest goalie in the game due to his high catch rating. You have to use Tidus to get up close, and depending on how many defenders are guarding you, let just one tackle you, and use the Jecht Shot to knock two of the defenders out.If there are more than three defenders, then basically you have no chance.
The Guados have high stats in just one category. Either they have high Passing, or high Attacking, or high Shooting, and so forth, depending on the guado. They are also the fastest of anyone in the game. Just use the same tactic for defeating the al-bhed and you should do just fine.
