Well you have good ideas, it's just that in all the cases you haven't achieved the best look because of lack of blending in some cases and lighting and contrast in others. My favourite would have to be your current, because it's eye catching, the colours are well chosen, the render blends quite well with the BG and the text is well chosen. Good stuff!
