Appearance – Silvius has medium leanght dirty blonde hair that is slightly messy but it is almost always clean, so his hair does look washed and cleaned but it also looks like he didn't bother to brush or comb it... His hair sometimes drops down over his outstandingly amazing looking blue eyes, it is almost a shame that sometimes his hair does that so that people can't see them because Silvius's eyes are deffinetly one of his most outstanding attractive features.
His face is a very innocent looking face, it is a face that is able to shine his innocence and naivity and at the same time concele his darker mor serious side, and although his face has a sort of cuteness to it, his features border between elegant and homliness.
He has pale white complexion... It isn't quite ghost white, he does look like he has a some life in him, however he doesn't bother trying to tan or whatever so his skin stays its natural white color.
Silvius has a nicley toned body... Do to him being a pretty active and playful person his body is usually in an okay condition, he doesn't have alot of fat on his body, yet he does excersise enough to keep some muscle on him so that he can be pretty agile and strong enough to use his equipment.
Attire – Silvius usually wears a pair of blue jeans that fit comfortable around his waist with a bit of room around the legs so that he can move around better but still not have to worry about his pants coming down on him. For his shoes he usually just wears his good pair of dirty white sneakers that fit comfortable yet at the same time preform well when he is doing something active.
For his torso he usually doesn't wear anything to flashy, most of the time he wears a band t-shirt with a logo or soemthing from one of the band he likes, it usually a darker color that in a way clashes with his cheerful and naive side of his personality.
Also on his upper body he wears a black zip-up hoodie unzipped with a unique design of two white angel wings spread wide open on the back of the hoodie... It is a very exstravagant design that is only custom to his sweatshirt, it is one of a kind and nobody else has anything like it, but at the same time the design is almost just kind of plain seens how its only black and white...
Personality – Silvius has almost a sort of split personality... That is part of the reason his title is The Winged Duality... Duality meaning that he has two oppostite sides to him almost. On one hand Silvius can be a very nice and funny person who enjoys having fun with friends, playing music, and other enjoyable things. He is a good friend and he treats others with respect and kindness. He enjoys joking around and being naive, others may mistake this naivity as stupidy, which it is not, it is just a way for Silvius to just have some fun in his life...
But Silvius also has a very serious and darker side... He has a haunted past which still gets to him sometimes, even though he has felt some resolve with it... But still he has many philosophies on life and always has some good words for others, but when he gets in his darker side, if somebody has done something to hurt somebody else or to piss him off he feels that there must be some form of justice, also if he feels he is doing the right thing, even if it might hurt somebody in the end he will always follow through...
First Impression – A first Impression of Silvius would lead you to believe that he is all fun and games... Which in a way he is, he is almost always fun-loving and having a goodtime, and probably if you were to ask something he would just respond with some sort of harmless witty joke, just for laughs...
Strength – Although Silvius doesn't look that strong he can pack quite a punch... He can lift a large table over and he could lift a large dog or something around that size up over his head... If he were to punch a brick wall he would probably end up putting a small little crack in it, crumbling a little tiny bit of the wall, and he would probably end up hurting his hand by doing so...
Speed – Silvius is pretty fast, more so fast than he is strong at least... If he were to have a ten second build up he could probably keep up with a fast animal such as a dog... He can side step at the drop of a dime with great speed. His attack are very quick and also well thought out.
Endurance – Silvius has trained most of his skills... Endurance is a particular one that he has put some time into, as he plays alot of sports and such so he needs to have a large stamina and he needs to be able to take a beating do to his Hero like duties, fighting muggers and what not... If he were to get hit by a strong punch it would probably hurt him but it wouldn't be enough to knock him out or make him dizzy... He has a large stanima and if he paces himself right he could probably hold up in battle for a good 25 minutes...
Reflexes – His reflexes are particulary honed as well... He is able to sense being attacked about as soon as it starts to happen and he will be able to react almost as soon as he realizes it... He couldn't dodge a bullet but he would be able to jump behind cover or use some sort of cover before he was hit probably...
Fighting Style – Silvius's fighting style is not a specific fighting style... Instead Silvius simply adjusts his fighting style to his oppenent and his enviroment. He plans out almost every move before he takes it, and he is always cautious with his attacks. That meaning he doesn't just rush into a battle without thinking, instead he waits for the right moment and then he strikes with a well thought out attack.

Hands Of Justice -
A pair of osmium crafted gaunlents crafted by Silvius himself... First things first these gloves are very duarible do to the material they are crafted from, in fact, the streangth of the material adds to the streangth of Silvius himself which added togather can pack quite a punch... But that isn't the unique thing about the gaunlents... You see on both gaunlents there are power cells charged with electric energy... of course the energy doesn't last for ever and they do need to be charged, however when they are charged they are able to do a multitude of things.
Some of the things these highly durrable gaunlents allow are... The energy can charge the gloves itself, electrifying them, which could make for a rather ShOcKiNg punch (pun intended). The gloves can send charges of electricity into other things electrifying them as well... But probably the most unique thing about the gloves are the ability to harness the energy at such a level where it can use the raw electricty of itself shooting bolts of lighting are charging up balls of lightning...
Armour –
The Wings:
The Wings is a highly technologic crafted piece of armor... It consists of a chestplate and two large wings that look like the wings depicted on angels. Both the wings and the chestplate are crafted out of pure solid osmium, a metal twice as dense as lead, however the pieces of metal are thin so that they do not way down Silvius too much, allowing him to be quick and agile...
The armor is polished and still retains a sort of steel color... Except for the embroideries in gold that make the newly developed machinery and armor look like an ancient relic...
The Wings can take almost all sorts of damage, also the wings allow for flight.
Abilities – Silvius does not have any abilities do to the fact that he relies almost entirely on his equipment and basic skills of combat...
Magic – Silvius is based in a world where magic doesn't exist there for it wouldn't make sense for him to have magic really...
Other Skills – Sadly he doesn't have any Other Skills either.... Honestly I can see this isn't for a lack of creativity just simply put I wanted to make this character somewhat realistic yet at the same time strong enough to withstand in battles...
History – Throughout Silvius's life he had his ups and downs just like any other person in the world, but for the most part his life was pretty good... He had an okay family life his parents were divorced, but that never really bothered Silvius that much, in fact, he was kind of glad it happened, it allowed him to see two different sides of life, which in the end was good because it made Silvius a sympathetic person and it allowed him to relate to others... When Silvius was in school he met some people who later on in his school years came to be his best friends, they all shared a common love for music and so, they started a band... They had played for four years togather throughout all their highscool years and when they all turned eighteen they decided to go on a trip to see a concert with a band they all loved... This trip was about to turn into the worst night of Silvius's life... On their way to the concert they decided to take an shortcut down an alley way... When they got to the end of the alley the were confronted by to men with guns, the men asked for all the money Silvius and his friends had on them, having no choice they all handed over their money, and then afterwards the muggers shot down Silvius's friends, and as they were about to kill Silvius a police car was herd coming so the muggers ran off, and so Silvius had survived... This night would forever burn its terrible image in his brain, but still Silvius had to continue with his life, he went to college, and he had to abandon his dreams, but he swore that he would have vengance on those who killed his friends, their faces still imprinted in his mind... In college Silvius discovered new found information on all sorts of things, but one day Silvius had an idea, with the knowledge he gained he would do something great... He spent days and nights working on some inventions and ideas... so that when they were finished he could have vengance on those who killed his friends.
After he had finished his major invention... The Wings... He went hunted down the people who had killed his friends, they were easy to find seens how he had been tracking them for a while... When he had came face to face with both they new why he was here so they tried to shoot him, but Silvius simply just defended himself with his invention... They realized that they had no hope of killing him so the pleaded for forgiveness they said to him they were sorry... Tell them you are sorry is all Silvius could think, but what they had done could not be forgiven... Silvius killed both of them... From that day on Silvius vowed to fight for justice and help others now that he had put vengance behind him... He will continue his life as just another person trying to have fun and make it through life intill he is needed by others...
