Final Fantasy XII: The Manga?

So I'm at my local book store when I find an issue of Anime Insider smashed between a Pokemon book and Shonen Jump. I'm paging through it to see the article on a few series I've been hearing about and I wonder into their manga section, where they tell you the dates of stuff coming out or what's hot in Japan right now. Lo and behold I see Lady Ashe gracing a cover of one of the books...

Apparently, there is FFXII manga in Japan right now and the story is prequel to the events of FFXII. It's mostly about Lady Ashe but AI was assured by the author that Vaan and Balthier as well as most of the cast would be making appearances.

I just wanted to share and hopefully get some more dirt on this manga.
 
Is it a manga or the Ultimania Omega version of FFXII? I guess they already made one or something. Whatever. And I'm not a manga reader but I would be interested into looking at one of those. Probably never buy one... but it would be interested to see.
 
I'm guessing that its only available in Japan right now. that would be interesting to see though since I do read manga and love FF12

I beg your pardon? You have a problem with something I like? Sweetheart, drop it alright? Following me around, making sarky comments. I don't like it. You can't even analyse characters properly. Zargabaath a "pycho?". Yeah right. Zargabaath, far from it actually. Bergan, "dog poop?". Ridiculous. Your comments are laughable. I didn't ask to have some flame me over my liking for the judges, so don't do it again.
 
Personally I think this would be a very awesome thing to have! I love Japanese comics so I do hope they release this in the states like they did with Kingdom Hearts series. That would be awesome! And there are nothing wrong with the Judges. There was no excuse for what you said, The Best. Not at all. If you don't like the Judges, that's your own problem but there was no need for you to flame another member, Admin at that, with that garb you posted.
