Final Fantasy VI t-edition english translation

OK, I have a friend who is trying to find a completely English translation of Final Fantasy VI t-edition. He found what he thought was one but it's only 50% English. Hmm, interesting. As someone who doesn't exactly love VI, this sounds really great due to the balance tweaks. If you end up finding a full translation I'd love to get my own hands on it; see if it'll improve my experience with the game as a whole.
