Help FFXIII-2: Caius Ballad in Oerba 200 AF

I'm relatively new when it comes to Final Fantasy, and I'm having a hell of a time with this bloke.
I'm assuming since I am asking for help you're going to need my stats, or whatever, so here goes:
Serah: COM - Lv. 37, RAV - Lv. 36, SEN - Lv. 13, SAB - Lv. 05
Noel: COM - Lv. 31, RAV - Lv. 22, SEN - Lv. 04, SYN - Lv. 07, MED - Lv. 28

As for monsters, I have:
Zwerg Scandroid (RAV) Lv. 23
Uridimmu (COM) Lv. 22
Hoplite (COM) Lv. 20
Gremlin (RAV) Lv. 15
Garchimacera (RAV) Lv. 15
Frag Leech (COM) Lv. 11
Cait Sith (MED) Lv. 4
Spiranthes (MED) Lv. 3
Nekton (RAV) Lv. 1
Clione (SYN) Lv. 1
Chelicerata (SAB) Lv. 1

Do I just need to level up more, or what?

A lot of people have trouble beating Caius at Oerba 200AF.
You simply have to:
1.) level up more
2.) Find and level up better monsters

Also, for the time being, level up cait sith, as he is relatively a decent medic.

Oh, it's so good to be back on the Final Fantasy Forums! <3 I missed you guys <3

It's pretty much the most logical think that crosses my mind when having difficult time with bosses in FFXIII-2 (and of course same with any other Final Fantasy title) to level up some more. Yes i admit, i had difficulties with Caius aswell in Oerba 200 AF but when i finally kicked his arse i felt like a superman!

PS: You could also change the game difficulty to easy if you're feeling miserable (which i never did personally because i love challenge)

Noel as Commando, Serah as ravager, & use Cait Sith as medic. & get your meter at a steady flow, then switch it up to all ravagers for a few hits, then medic medic commando. Get him to limit & go rav rav medic & blow him up. lather, rinse, repeat . hope it helps
