FFVII Amano artwork

I find that the official artworks of FFVII by Yoshitaka Amano are really fascinating and tell us a LOT about the original story / intended story and are nice to examine - so lets begin




What i find interesting about these pictures is that there are 7 pictures of Cloud and Aerith together, yet none of Tifa and Cloud, Also interesting are the two Aerith and Sephiroth Pictures, look how relaxed she looks with him, even when he's got his blade out, this ties in with what the ultima omega guide said about Aerith and Sephiroth being Siblings or Lovers...

If anyone can find any better quality images than the ones ive posted feel free to PM me and ill swap them around im also going to scour the web for any other FFVII amano arts i can find...although im fairly certain thats all of them..

Wow... Sephiroth and Aerith? That's kinda odd... but i do like that theory. I think i like how Tifa looks in these a bit better...

So the whole theory of Sephiroth and Aeris being simblings was indeed the initial idea for the game...as for the rest i´m glad it did not go like that at all.

I'm still in love with the description of Aerith and Sephiroth as either siblings or lovers. ^___^

It seems like Cloud and Nanaki were meant to have been much closer friends. ^__^
