FFC vs. FFC (greatest hits)

Hey I just bought Final Fantasy Chronicles on eBay for $7. Turns out they sent me the Greatest Hits version. Besides the hideous green label, is there any difference between the two releases? (Like how Final Fantasy Anthology Greatest Hits didn't bring the Music CD?) Is the artwork on the game discs changed? Or are they basically the same?

P.S. I ask this because I've been noticing most of the Final Fantasy games lose their awesome CD artwork when they come out as Greatest Hits. Example:

Thats obvious you will not get original cd's for less so yo get the greatest hits everything else is the same.

Just found pics of the original discs, turns out they are pretty much the same as the Greatest Hits discs since they didn't have much artwork to be removed from the discs to begin with. The only difference I see with the Greatest Hits version I have here and these original discs is that the original Chrono Trigger disc has some minimalistic design (some lines) on it towards the center hole. So yeah...that's the only difference. I guess I should of stuck with the Greatest Hits version. Too late now, the seller already offered me a refund so I sent the game back to him, lol. I'm now looking for a original (black label) version on eBay for around the same price. Wish me luck!
