I believe this is the Freywood, yes?

Are you at the one with the inscription on it? Or are you at the first one?

Inscription: Summon Belias and the door will open

First one: Run around to the star things on your map and activate the portals to make the opening appear. Due the same for the inscription to make it appear.

Make sure you have unlocked Belias on a character and that that character has at least 1 mist charge.
