This part of the forum is used so that you can suggest to us something that we can do to improve conditions and other appropriate features of the site. You can criticise constructively, but no senseless comments will be tolerated
Elaborate on your problems.
Threads revolved around "Crappy forum, get yourselves sorted out" will likely be closed, because we don't know what we can do to improve. A post such as this may be classed as spam by some staff and you would receive a warning. If, however, you elaborate and expand on your suggestion, giving us as much details as possible, your suggestion will be taken into consideration undoubtedly, unless it is unreasonable.
Staff Decisions
If you disagree with a decision made by a member of staff (closing, moving, warning etc), then PM the moderator in question about it. If you think that the moderator is being unreasonable, contact the forum Administrators (Darkblade, Sephiroth) and present your problem to them.
Attacking Staff
Despite there being rules against arguing publicly anyway, there can be slight leniency in some cases. If this is the case, you must present your problem in a mature and collected manner. Personal and open attacks will definitely result in warnings and possibly instant bans.
In keeping with the theme of constructive criticism, it's ok to criticise a Moderator for possibly not attending to his duties, but this must be done in the fashion above. No matter how much you may hate someone, open attacking will not be tolerated and will end in punishments (as above).
Guidelines for Staff
It would defeat the concept of this forum to think that every thread was there to antagonise you, so bear in mind the following when moderating this section.
Accept our Flaws
Do not deny an opinion given by an member, but feel free to debate with them over their point, as long as you can justify your point. Sometimes, it’s necessary to say "Ok, how can we improve this?" other than "I'm closing this thread."
Do not get become involved personally, stay professional. Remember your job and remember it when deciding whether or not to close a thread that may be out of control.
