The 1 million dollar question is: What is your favourite movie that was universally critically panned, and/or performed extremely poorly at the box office? (if it even made it to the theatres)
My personal favourite would be Eddie Murphy's Norbit. Eddie Murphy got 3 razzies for this movie, and it has a 9% fresh rating on rottentomatoes.com, but I was still hysterically laughing my way through the entire movie.
