I was actually waiting for a general favourites thread, otherwise I would ahve made this ages ago XD

Umm, mine is Nanaki because he is a unique character and I rmemeber readining his bio detail in the booklet before starting the game and I imediately fell in love with him and was determined to get him into my party.

I have never had a save that didn't have him in my party and after my first playthrough I have allways refered to calling him Nanaki.
 
Sephiroth is the best Villian (favorite villian but not favorite character), but one thing, you forgot one character :P, Aeris xD
 
But at least she is a character, and main character @.@ xD, And I voted for Cloud :P since Sephy is winning D:<
 
I voted for Cloud, cuz I always vote for Sephiroth and I got tired of it...
 
I voted for Yuffie, because I consider her the 'comic relief' of FFVII in a way. She can be really helpful during battle, especially with her Clear Tranquil limit break move. The only con - Stealing almost all the materia during the Wutai sidequest. D:
 
I think Cait Sith is about 3rd in coolness. But the people who voted for Cloud are stupid s**ts.
 
I forgot Tifa And Red 13..And Barret and Cid. Wow. The only people Cait sith is cooler than are Aeris and yuffie. And Cloud.
